Description

The GearUp Solutions Fund Governance tools aims to promote best practices in
matters of fund governance.
A primary tool is hereby dedicated to the independent director in Luxembourg to help
them in their duties e.g AML and Risk management.
GearUp Solutions aims at working closely with ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des
Administrateurs – the Luxembourg Institute of Directors, www.ila.lu). ILA is an
independent non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting best practices in the field of
corporate governance, organising governance research, guidance, training,
conferences and discussion forums. ILA has developed guidance material on several
topics that are of relevance to the ALFI Code of Conduct.
